Keeping your bFree account active
To keep an active bFree account, add talk time with a new bFree Card before your call credit expires. To recover unused expired credits, simply add a new bFree Card to your bFree account and the unused credit will be returned to you.

If you don't add talk time to your bFree account for 60 days, your service will be permanently disconnected. We will send you a text message reminder seven days before disconnection. Once disconnected, you must buy a bFree startup kit to activate new service.
