Terms and Conditions

• Charges for outgoing calls will be billed in one second increments and any fraction of a second will be rounded upwards to the next second.
• All plans include free Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, 3-Way Conferencing, Call Barring and Voicemail subscription.
• Additional minute rates refer to calls made to Cable & Wireless fixed lines or mobiles.
• International calls charged at the applicable rates. Incoming calls charged at the applicable rates.
• Text and picture messages are charged per message sent.
• bMobile Rewards terms & conditions apply. bMobile Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and customer accounts must be in good standing order to redeem. bMobile Reward points cannot be redeemed towards specially priced handsets or accessories. A government license fee will apply.
• SIM Card replacement fee is $40 in the event of loss or theft.
  Offpeak hours are weekdays, 8pm to 6am, and weekends, 12am Saturday to midnight Sunday.
