VoiceMail Tips
If you are calling for the first time and want to listen to your messages, follow the steps to “Setting up your VoiceMail.”

If you have already set up VoiceMail and want to listen to your messages, dial access number and enter pass code.

If you make a mistake when entering pass code, hang up and try again. The pass code is a security feature of the system that prevents unauthorized access to your personal VoiceMail box.

Delete old messages from your mailbox regularly. If your VoiceMail box is full, callers cannot leave you new messages.

Callers can skip your greeting by pressing # during the greeting. They will immediately hear the tone and can then begin recording their message. So people who call you often don’t have to listen to your greeting every time they call.

If you know the keys to press for the options you want, you can cut the prompt short at any time by pressing the appropriate key.
