Call Options


Call Waiting

Call Waiting lets you know that someone is calling while you’re on the phone. You’ll hear a soft “beep beep.” The second caller hears a regular ring tone.
To turn on, dial: *61, then press: SEND.
To turn off, dial: #81##, then press: SEND.
To switch between calls, press: SEND.

Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding forwards your calls to a phone number of your choice.

Forwarding all calls:
  1. To turn on, dial: * 72, enter number you are forwarding to, then press: SEND.
  2. To turn off, dial: * 730, then press: SEND.
Forwarding calls on a busy signal:
  1. To turn on, dial: * 73, enter number you are forwarding to, then press: SEND.
  2. To turn off, dial: * 730, then press: SEND.
Please note: Call Forwarding on a busy signal can’t be used when Call Waiting is activated. When the caller gets a busy signal you can either be notified by a beep with Call Waiting, or have the call forwarded to another number.

3-Way Calling
3-Way Calling lets you speak to two different people at the same time.
  1. Dial number of the first person you wish to speak to.
  2. With the first person on the line, press: SEND, and listen for dial tone.
  3. Dial number of the second person, and press: SEND again.
  4. When second person answers, press: SEND, and you will be connected to both parties
