Voicemail
You automatically receive your own mailbox where callers can leave messages for you when you are unable to answer your phone. Voicemail will record messages when your phone is off; when you are on the other line; or when you are unable to answer your phone at the time.

Voicemail also allows you to play back messages at any time from your own mobile or from any touch-tone phone.  With bmobile, calling and retrieving your voice mail in Grenada is FREE.

To set up your voicemail

  •  Set up your mailbox by dialing *123 and following the instructions.

  • Press “8” to enter “User Options”.

  • Follow the instructions to change your pass code. Your default pass code is 1234.

  • Follow the instructions to record a personal greeting. This greeting is what your callers will hear when their calls go to your voicemail box. A personal greeting is a MUST when you are roaming.

  • Set-up a voice mail short cut key. For instructions see your handset’s user manual.

Retrieving Your Voice Mail messages
Whenever a new message is left in your mailbox, a message icon will appear on your display screen. This message notification icon can vary depending on your handset, but in most cases it is an envelope.

  • Dial *123
  • Press the “Call” button.
  • When prompted, enter your pass code.
  • Listen to the respective options and enter the numbers when prompted.
  • To end simply press the “Disconnect” button.
  • Always remember to press “9” to exit the system.

To Retrieve Your Mobile Voice Mail Messages From a Landline

  • Dial your own personal phone number, or 405 0000.
  • You will hear your personal greeting. Press* and follow the recorded instructions.
  • Press “7” to play your messages.

Managing Your Voice Mailbox

If your mailbox becomes full, your callers will be unable to leave messages. It is therefore important that you regularly clear any messages that you have already listened to. The system has some automatic deletion built in to help manage your mailbox.

Caller ID
Caller ID shows the phone number of the person who is calling or it matches it with the name of someone who may be already programmed into your address book.

For international mobile will not register on your call display. However, incoming calls from an international fixed line may appear depending on the overseas carrier’s capabilities to provide number delivery.

Please note that callers have the option to block their number from being displayed.

Forgotten number

Caller ID can be used to see your own number if you forget it. You can call another number with Caller ID and write down the number when it comes up.

Call Forwarding
Are you in the middle of something and unable to answer your calls? Call forwarding redirects your incoming calls to an alternative pre-selected phone number. Please refer to your handset manual for details on how to activate and deactivate call forwarding on your handset.

Call Waiting
Juggle calls. Already on the phone but expecting an important call? Call waiting notifies you that someone is calling you while you are already engaged on another call. A special tone will notify you of an incoming call while you are on the line.

To answer the second call, briefly press the answer key, or the special soft key shortcut that applies to your handset. You can now switch between callers by pressing the same key as often as you like. Each conversation is private and cannot be heard by the other unless you choose to link the callers, depending on your handsets functionality.
